Every inquiry from a client reaches a named advisor, and that advisor replies within one business day. The clock starts when the message arrives, not when it is triaged, and it runs on business days in the firm's own time zone. A reply means a person answering the question or saying when the answer will come, never an acknowledgement of receipt.
