How this site is built to be used, what is checked before each release, and how to tell us when something does not work.

1. Our commitment
Bridgham builds this site so that it can be used by people with a wide range of abilities, including those who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or reduced motion settings.
The work targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a statement of the standard the work is measured against, and of the practice below, rather than a claim that every page currently conforms.
2. What we do about it
- An automated accessibility audit runs against the built site before a release, and a release is not made while it reports a failure.
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, and the element that has focus is always visible.
- Text and its background are checked against the contrast floors the guidelines set, and the values are recorded rather than estimated.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Images that are decoration are hidden from assistive technology.
3. Where we fall short
Documents published before this statement, including research papers served as PDFs, were not produced to the same standard and may not be fully readable with a screen reader. A readable version of any published paper is available on request at no charge.
Where a third party supplies part of a page, we are limited to what that party provides, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.
4. Telling us about a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, please write to support@bridghamcyber.com or call (984) 205-6193. Please include the page and what happened. A reply comes within one business day, and the reply names the person handling it.
Where something cannot be fixed quickly, we will say when it will be, and provide the information another way in the meantime.
